Laser Engraved Tumblers & Custom Drinkware
Everyday Products, Premium Branding Opportunities
Tapping into the Tumbler Market
Custom drinkware is no longer just a giveaway—it’s a daily-use branding asset and a revenue-driving product line. From laser engraved tumblers used as corporate gifts to personalized stainless steel drinkware sold at retail stores, demand continues to grow. For businesses serious about quality, speed, and scalability, Epilog Laser machines set the industry standard for professional tumbler engraving.
From premium brands like YETI®, Stanley®, and Polar Camel® to glass and specialty drinkware, Epilog equipment empowers businesses to produce permanent, high-end engravings that never peel, fade, or wash away.
The Epilog Advantage: Built for Professional Tumbler Engraving
Epilog Laser machines are engineered for production environments where precision, reliability, and repeatability matter. Unlike vinyl decals or screen printing—which wear down over time—laser engraving permanently alters the surface of the tumbler for a mark that lasts as long as the cup itself.
Speed That Scales with Your Business
Our laser machines are built for high-throughput environments, offering engraving speeds of up to 4190 mm/second (165 inches per second.)
A typical logo on a tumbler can be engraved in one to two minutes, compared to 8–10 minutes on hobby-grade lasers. That difference allows businesses to produce multiple tumblers per hour, fulfill bulk orders faster, and dramatically increase hourly revenue without adding labor.

Advanced Laser Technology for Permanent Results
For powder-coated tumblers, Epilog’s CO2 laser technology cleanly removes the coating to expose the bright stainless steel beneath. The result is a high-contrast, dishwasher-safe engraving with no inks, chemicals, or consumables. For bare or uncoated metals, Epilog’s fiber laser systems create deep, permanent marks without the need for marking sprays.
To support seamless 360-degree rotary laser engraving, we offer a precision rotary attachment that rotates the tumbler in perfect synchronization with the laser. This ensures full-wrap logos and patterns remain sharp, evenly focused, and distortion-free from start to finish.
Supported Drinkware & Materials
- Tumblers: 20oz, 30oz, and 40oz

Versatility Beyond Tumblers
While tumblers are a high-growth product category, Epilog machines are designed to do so much more. Your business isn’t limited to a single application or substrate. Our CO2 and fiber laser machines work with a wide range of materials including wood, acrylic, leather, glass, rubber, and much more, opening the door to countless applications. From signage, awards, and promotional products to industrial marking, branding, and custom fabrication, Epilog gives you the flexibility to expand beyond a single product trend. This versatility helps you maximize your investment, diversify revenue streams, and confidently take on new projects as customer demands evolve.
For businesses seeking maximum ROI, we also offer dual laser source systems, allowing seamless switching between metal and non-metal applications in a single workflow.

FAQ’s
You’ve got questions, we got answers.
Technically, no, a rotary isn’t required to engrave tumblers. However, depending on your artwork size and production demands, it makes the process easier, more consistent, and more efficient. Because tumblers are cylindrical, a rotary attachment keeps the engraving surface properly aligned and in focus by rotating the cup in sync with the laser, resulting in cleaner, more precise results with minimal setup.
If you’re engraving smaller graphics on multiple tumblers, you can also use an optional 4″ lens to process several pieces at once. Just keep in mind that your artwork will need to be 2.75″ or smaller to maintain proper focus across the surface. You can check out the process for multiple tumbler engraving here.
