Epilog Expands Fusion Edge Laser Line

Epilog Laser, the leading producer of CO2 and fiber laser engraving, cutting, and marking systems, is excited to introduce the new Fusion Edge 36. This system is the latest addition to the Fusion Edge Laser Series and features a 36” x 24” (914 x 609 mm) engraving area. It is available in 50, 60, and 80-watt configurations.

Also included on the Fusion Edge 36 is Epilog’s IRIS™ Camera System that gives laser operators a real-time image of the engraving table so they can quickly and accurately position their artwork on even the most uniquely shaped items.

“The response was so positive when we originally implemented the IRIS™ Camera System on the Fusion Pro Laser Series,” said Mike Dean, vice president of sales and marketing for Epilog Laser. “We were very excited to make this valuable resource part of the Fusion Edge Laser Series as well.”

Additional features of the Fusion Edge 36 include:

  • 120 Inches Per Second (IPS) Engraving Speed
    Higher speed equals higher throughput.
  • Touch Screen Control
Select between jobs, auto focus the laser, and rerun jobs at the touch of a button from the easy-to-use touch screen interface right at the laser.
  • Job Trace
Quickly see where the engraving/cutting job will appear on your material.
  • SAFEGUARD™ Features
Keep the mechanics of your laser machine cleaner than ever before with side bellow enclosures, a fully covered x-axis assembly, and covered lens assembly.

As with all of Epilog’s systems, the Fusion Edge 36 is made with the highest-quality components for durability and low life-time ownership costs, and is proudly designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA.
