These fun and colorful mugs are pretty unique all on their own, but add a customized message and you've got a fantastic addition to your product line!
We went with a pet theme for this set of mugs, utilizing the Addlethorpe typeface. You can engrave the file as-is or replace with your own custom graphics. Please note that if you would like to use the Addlethorpe typeface in any other projects of your own, you must purchase it from Fonts.com
We used a 60-watt Helix with the following settings:
Settings:
DPI: 600
Speed: 25
Power: 100
Dithering: Jarvis
Center-Center Engraving
Bottom to Top Engraving
Insert the rotary attachment into the laser.
Open the file and modify as necessary.
Secure the mug to the rotary attachment, focus the laser and send over the file!
Tips:
When engraved, the silicone can produce a fine dust in the etched areas. To help reduce this, select the "Bottom Up" engraving option in your print driver. Additionally, apply a small amount of cooking spray to the engraved area and then wash - it will eliminate any residue resulting from the engraving process.
We'll send you a brochure, as well as engraved and cut samples created with the laser.
