As home improvers keep improving and the DIY crowd gets bigger and bigger, this handy drill gauge makes a great promotional gift that's easy to make and practical to have.
Since it can be made from a variety of materials, this versatile product is a must have for any repair or improvement project. We even included a file with dimensions in millimeters.
Begin by opening the file and make necessary changes to the design (logo, contact information, etc.)
We used a 50 watt Helix with the following settings for the wood gauge: engraving - 70% speed, 100% power, cutting - 10% speed, 100% power, 500 frequency.
If you'll be engraving the back of your gauge, simply flip the material over and send the job. Wipe off any excess wood residue and you're all set!
Use the same technique described above for other materials like plastic or acrylic. Here is a sample that we created from engraveable plastic using the following settings on a 50 watt Helix laser using engraving settings of 100% speed, 30% power, and cutting settings of 30% speed, 50% power, 5000 frequency.
We'll send you a brochure, as well as engraved and cut samples created with the laser.
