2)
Page size will depend upon your cabinet size. Measure your cabinets and set your page size to that. For example: if my cabinet and top drawer are 12 x 24 then my page size will be at that setting. If your cabinet door and top drawer are too large to do at once then do once piece at a time and set your page according to the sizes of those pieces.
3)
The entire file is Raster engraving only. Depending on the type of material you are using, the thickness of it and the wattage of the laser you are using will depend on how you will set up your Raster engraving speed and power. The samples pieces in the pictures was using a 75 watt laser was set at 100% power and 30% speed to get depth in the engraved piece.
4)
If your cabinets are not finished as the ones used for the sample club then you will need to apply masking tape covering the areas you wish to engrave so that the smoke does not soak into the unfinished wood.
5)
Depending what hinges you want to use for the cabinets doors and if you want to add any hardware to the drawer or not…all that is left now is to put your items where you want them and you'll have a beautifully decorated kitchen or workspace area.
6)
Now, you can add custom engravned cabinets to your product line.
