These photo magnets were created using a 45 watt Helix laser system.
Lay out a sheet of gold or silver LASERmag material in the laser and send the job over in combined mode.
The gold or silver will be engraved away in the portions of the image that are shown in black. This will leave the black coloring we have shown in our sample.
On the 45 watt system, we used the following settings:
Raster: Speed 100%, Power 50%
Vector: Speed 20%, Power 70%, Frequency 1000 |
