Sample Club: iPod Shuffle Engraving |

Laser engraving custom designs on iPod products is widely becoming a popular and profitable industry. There are limitless styles and designs that you can engrave on the anodized aluminum iPod products.
Follow the instructions below to create your very own uniquely engraved iPod Shuffle.

| Materials: |
- 1 iPod Shuffle (any color)
Alignment Note: There is a vector outline included in the artwork. We suggested running the vector line with the lid open and the red dot pointer on to assure that the iPod Shuffle is in the correct location before engraving.

Files: Right click on the file names below and choose "Save target as." Open the file in CorelDraw 8 or later. Please note all files are Raster only with the exception of a Vector line for aligning the iPod Shuffle.

Open the ipod_shuffle_graphic.cdr file and send the file to the laser engraver using the settings from the manual that correspond to your system's laser tube wattage. We used an Epilog Mini 35 watt for this example with settings of 100% speed and 80% power. |

Next place your iPod Shuffle into the laser system with the control side down and press Go. Within seconds you've created a uniquely engraved iPod Shuffle.
Note: To engrave a name or a quote on the control side of the Shuffle simply flip the page to Portrait in CorelDRAW and place the name or quote at the top of the page.
