Epilog and Instructables Launch Third Epilog Challenge
Highly-Popular DIY Contest Returns with Zing 16 Laser as Grand Prize

Golden, Colo. – (Feb. 10, 2011)
Back by popular demand, Epilog Laser and Instructables are launching a third installment of the Epilog Challenge.  The contest opens Thursday, Feb. 10 and closes Sunday, March 20. Entrants will display their ingenuity by posting amazing, inspiring projects, and will explain what they'd do with an Epilog laser. The grand prize winner will receive a Zing 16 Laser engraving/cutting system.

“We were thrilled with the results of the two previous challenges and I can’t wait to see the entries this time, as well as learn what people would aspire to do with the laser,” said Mike Dean, vice president of sales and marketing for Epilog Laser. “The quality and sheer volume of the entries was beyond impressive and Epilog is proud to partner with Instructables to make our product more accessible to all the DIY instructors out there."

."An Epilog laser is a fantastic prize that inspires equally amazing projects," said Eric Wilhelm, founder and CEO of Instructables. "I'm psyched to run another Epilog Challenge, and can't wait to see what incredible things the Instructables community can do!"

Previous Epilog Challenge winners include the DIY High-Speed Book Scanner and the 8x8x8 Animated LED Cube. To learn more about Instructables and the Epilog Challenge, visit instructables.com/contest/epilog3/.
