Epilog Laser Partners with ProGamer at E for All Expo
Gamers get customized dog tags at entertainment extravaganza

Golden, Colo. – (Oct. 30, 2007) Epilog Laser, the leading producer of flying-optics based CO2 and fiber laser systems, today announced the company is partnering gaming equipment retailer ProGamer, to provide demos and limited edition customized dog tags for attendees at the E for All Expo October 18 – 21.

“We’re thrilled to be working with ProGamer,” said Mike Dean, director of sales and marketing at Epilog Laser.

“Creating dog tags for all the gamers and entertainment gurus is just a fun idea, plus it puts our equipment in front a completely different audience.”

Laser engraving, once a craft reserved for the awards industry, woodworkers and other hobbyists, is rapidly growing in popularity as audiences learn it can be used in many different capacities.

“Laptops, iPods, cellular phones – people are engraving just about everything,” Dean said. “Everyone wants their high-tech toys to be just as unique as they are. In the past, laser engraving technology was used by a relatively niche market, but it’s going much more mainstream – it is well on its way to becoming the cool new thing.”

“The Epilog laser offers a level of personalization which is a key component of attracting our market. We’re very excited to see the gamer’s reaction while getting an up close view of the laser process. It’s just too cool!” Chelsea Petersen, director of operations at ProGamer.

Those interested in seeing the revolutionary technology in action should visit ProGamer and Epilog Laser at booth 847, located South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Dog tags are available at the booth during normal expo hours.
