Golden, Colo. (Oct. 2, 2012) Epilog Laser is excited to announce we're a top ten finalist for theDenver Business Journal’s Best Place to Work Award. This is the fifth nomination for Epilog.
“Thank you to our employees for the honor,” said Mike Dean, vice president of sales and marketing for Epilog Laser. “Our tremendous growth and success as an organization is based not only on the quality equipment we manufacture, but the dynamic employees who design, engineer, market, sell, ship and troubleshoot our systems.”
While many businesses continue rebounding from the economic uncertainty that still lingers, Epilog not only saw an increase in system sales and revenue, but even expanded its number of employees by over seven percent.
“Although the last few years have brought challenges and uncertain times to many businesses, Epilog has managed to sustain our position as industry leaders while maintaining our employee perks, and even adding a few new faces to the team.” |

Epilog ranked fifth in the 2007 Denver Business Journal Best Place to Work Award Competition; seventh in 2008; fourth in 2009; and sixth in 2010. In 2008, 2009 and 2010 Epilog was the only manufacturing company to rank in the top 10.
Results are based on confidential employee engagement surveys that are filled out anonymously. Questions are given a value of one to five points ranging from “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree” and winners are selected based on the measurement of 40 attributes known to drive employee engagement.
“We’ve placed in the top 10 for four years now," Dean said. "And regardless of how large our company gets, we'll continue top-notch hiring practices and make our way to the number one spot!"
Final rankings will be released on Nov. 15. |
