Epilog Laser Nominated Best Place to Work

Each year the Denver Business Journal gives an award for the Best Place to Work in Denver. With hundreds of companies in the Mile High City vying for the top spot, the competition is indeed fierce.

After enduring an extensive survey process that measured employee responses across 10 different themes including team effectiveness, people practices and trust, we are proud to announce that Epilog Laser has been nominated for this esteemed award.

"The caliber of Epilog employees never fails to amaze me," said Mike Dean, director of sales and marketing. "The people we employ are a huge part of what makes our company successful."

"We've always tried to incorporate a good sense of balance between our professional and personal lives," said Mark Schwarz, domestic sales manager. "The more satisfied our employees are, the better they assist our distributors, customers, and each other."

"A sense of professionalism and drive are crucial for our employees, but so is having a good time. That's why we coordinate things like departmental outings, lunch time soccer or volleyball games, and company-wide activities such as our annual summer picnic and holiday party," Schwarz said.

Finalists will be announced in mid-October and the award ceremony will be hosted in early November, but Dean says, "Of course we would love to win, but it really is an honor just to be nominated."
