Note: The Windows XP/2000 print driver for the Summit is only available for Summits using version 5.1 or 5.3 firmware.

To determine which firmware version is on your Summit, turn it on and watch the LCD panel. The display will read V. 5.1 or V. 5.3. Any other firmware version – typically V. 3.3A - will not operate using the Windows XP/2000 print driver. If you have any trouble downloading these files, please call Epilog Technical Support at 303-215-9171.

Version: 4.01 and Rolling Buffer Drivers for Windows 95/98/ME

Note: IMPORTANT! There are two sets of drivers for the Summit, and you must install the correct set for your system. Turn your Summit laser on and watch the upper right corner of the display panel on the laser. If the display shows V3.3 or lower, you will need to use the 4.01 drivers. If the display reads V5.0 or above, you will need to use the Rolling Buffer drivers. DO NOT try to use the wrong driver for your engraver. This will cause you unnecessary headaches.

Instructions: Select the Oemsetup files, print driver, and stamp driver below and save all three to a single 3.5 inch disk. The Oemsetup file is required in order to load the print drivers onto your computer. Keep the 3.5 inch disk in your computer. From your computer, go to "Start", "Settings","Printers","Add Printers" to install the drivers. There is additional installation instructions in your manual to load the drivers.
